Important Information for Prospective Vendors . . . *** "A MUST READ" ***


  • The Application process will open up on 1 February 2017. The Camarillo Fiesta Association will determine what applications are accepted.  



  • A Vendor Checklist of tasks has been provided under the menu "Vendors" and also accessible by clicking this link: "Vendor Checklist" . . . Make sure you use the Vendor Checklist so that your application can be properly processed and successfully submitted!


  • The are three Application Forms, select the applicable link to access that form:

      "Non-Food Vendor Registration - Pay By PayPal . . . Or select "VENDORS" from the        menu taskbar. 

      "Food Vendor Registration - Pay By PayPal" or "Food Vendor Registration - Pay By Check" 

      or select "VENDORS" from the menu taskbar.


  • It is mandatory that each vendor provide proof of insurance. For those vendors that do not have insurance, it can be purchased through the Camarillo Fiesta Association from the City of Camarillo. A sample insurance form is attached via the following link: "Insurance Sample Certificate" . . . Or select "VENDORS" from the menu taskbar.
